Like Riekus below, I ordered 2 copies (1 for me & 1 for my buddy) of the Goin' South CD on Feb 7th, but Little Dume sent only 1 copy. I emailed them asking them to send the missing copy on Feb 13,5 weeks later - NO ANSWER! What kind of customer service is that?
I have sent 4 reminders, but I keep getting "undeliverable" errors. I'm assuming this means that no one actually checks the inbox, and that it's now full, presumably due to all the ANGRY CUSTOMERS.
I also wrote to RichardPage.com, but no reply from there either. Not sure if anyone but fans actually read the forum posts, but this seems to be the last resort, short of cancelling the payment through the credit card company.I'd rather have the CD... gave the one copy to my buddy...
My apologizes, we are currently switching managers of the orders. This is the first that I've seen this. I have personally put a Goin' South CD in the mail today 3/30.
