Shipping charges and delivery
Available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout from the destination and package information. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Tracking is provided when the selected service supports it.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. Customs processing may extend delivery time.
Address changes
Contact the store immediately if an address is incorrect. Once a parcel has been accepted by the carrier, an address change may not be possible.
Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
Please use the contact form promptly and include the order number. For damaged items, retain the packaging and include clear photographs so the store can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Returns
Contact the store within 30 days of delivery before returning an item. Unopened physical releases may be eligible for return after authorization. Signed editions are final sale except when damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective or incorrect.
